Data processed: health observations about your child (fever, medication/dose, symptom, fluid, sleep, stool, rash, pain, growth, vaccine and nutrition records) and profile information (name, date of birth, gender, height/weight, blood type, allergies, chronic conditions).
Purpose: solely for you to record these observations and share them with whomever you choose (e.g. your doctor). Never used for advertising, profiling or analytics.
Storage: all records are kept only on your device, encrypted; they are not sent to our servers or shared with third parties. When you export or share, the file goes to the place you choose.
Voice commands (optional): when you use "Add by voice" the microphone opens only when you tap; speech is converted to text on the device, audio is not recorded and never leaves the device. If you choose, the sentence you said is stored only on your device as that record's note. The feature stays off if on-device recognition is not supported.
Subscription and device verification: if you buy Premium through Google Play, only the purchase token and device-integrity information may be sent to Google Play and the verification service to verify the subscription and app integrity. No health data about your child is ever sent.
Legal basis: health data is special-category personal data (GDPR Art. 9; Turkish KVKK Art. 6). It is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 7, Art. 9(2)(a); KVKK Art. 5–6). You enter the data as the child's parent or legal guardian.
Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22; KVKK Art. 11): access and obtain a copy of your data (Settings > Export My Data), rectification (edit records), erasure (Settings > Delete All Data) and data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Right to complain: if you believe your rights were violated, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Board; EU/EEA: the data protection authority of your country of residence).
This app is a record keeper; it is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
